Yep. I don't know many ways to combat this, just a fact of leaving your computer on I suppose There are a kind of foam screening filter that goes over the air intake fans that reduce the amount of dust, you might want to look into something like that.

Then there's always getting rid of the reliance of air cooling altogether with liquid cooling.
