How about a nice thread game to liven things up.

Here's how it works. A person asks a question, any question, and the next person to reply answers and then asks their own question.

Example:
I ask "Blue or Red?"
You answer "Blue" and then ask "Coke or Pepsi?"
Bob answers.... etc etc

So I'll start by asking:

What is your favorite movie?
