Are you referring to Picture it!, offered at one time as a free program (freeware) by Microsoft? If so, it does not require the user to register it, but it is no longer offered. Microsoft has discontinued its line of Digital Image Suite products, but some retailers may still have a copy in stock for around thirty dollars.

However, your partition size would not affect this program.

What operating system are you using? Are you using Genuine Microsoft Software? If your machine fails validation, this could affect the use of premium freeware by Microsoft, but your partition size is not the cause.

Did you have a virus or malware that required you to reformat your hard drive?

Did you buy Corel's Paint Shop Pro or download a free trial?
