Ok first off, I use Micosoft Picture It 2.0 and PSP7 for most of my picture editing. Their oldies I know, But they work the best for what I do. I just got a new Gateway laptop that has Windows Vista. Picture it does not work because I have to much free space (makes a WHOLE lot of sense) and I cant seem to locate my PSP7 code and am getting NO help from the makers of PSP. PI I can trace part of an image very easily without having to ERASE the BG, I can do fading, add shapes that I can fade, add and rotate text,ect. So I LOVE that program. I use PSP7 for things such as collages, but not much else. I also downloaded a trial of photoshop CS3 E and liked some of the things I could do that program, like bluring just a portion of the image, and adding texture evenly to the whole image. I did not get enough time ( with my hecktic schedule to play with anything else in the program. I do not know if any of understand what I need it to be able to do. I can post a link to an example of what I do so you can see. But I can not seem to explain it so that people know what I am looking for. If you do understand what I am needing, Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks for the help!
