So I am looking for a new rather inexpensive ($200 USD and under) program that hopefuly does EVERYTHING my other two do. PI I can trace part of an image very easily without having to ERASE the BG, I can do fading, add shapes that I can fade, add and rotate text, ect. So I LOVE that program. I use PSP7 for things such as collages, but not much else. I also downloaded a trial of photoshop CS3 E and liked some of the things I could do that program, like bluring just a portion of the image, and adding texture evenly to the whole image. I did not get enough time ( with my hecktic schedule to play with anything else in the program. I do not know if any of understand what I need it to be able to do. I can post a link to an example of what I do so you can see. But I can not seem to explain it so that people know what I am looking for. If you do understand what I am needing, Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks for the help!

Sorry to hear about your troubles with your oldies but goodies.
If you can explain in detail what exactly the trouble is, we may be able to figure it out and get you back on the road.
Have you looked over this thread? This little program can do soo much and is safe from malware and totally free!
