ISO Recorder v2 RC1 - (one of my favorites)

This program is fast, easy to use and does its one job brilliantly, it enables you to record ISO images to CD, using Windows XP. All you have to do is right-click on an ISO file and select `Copy to CD' and the program will create the CD for you. For Windows XP. File size 360KB. Screen shot and download link below
