I am a tech news junkie, but I usually don't have the time I used to to peruse it. I normally surf DAILY ROTATION where I have my settings set for the top 100 headlines, as well as the headlines of multiple sources.

My thought is that if the bot is set up on a RSS feed or something, you might be able to tie it into the feed from dailyrotation in order to have more than just slashdot as a source.

Just a thought, though.
