The New Tech - View Single Post - Can anyone please tell me where the +/- wires GO!!!!

these are the wires

i plugged the others in but dont have a Power LED, just those

and they come out the same place as the others

where do I put them? I plugged them in and every place I can think of and the PSU STILL WONT TURN ON!!!! I mean nothing turns on! o fans, lights, no nothing and yes I plugged it in the mobo and outlet and flipped the switch!!!!
