That is very tricky.
First, you would need to find the exact components needed. And I don't think you can get them on a store, because some of the components usually are only available on the assembling lines. They don't sell it separately.
Second, even if you get it from other board or somewhere, it is not simple to soldering on todays motherboards, you will need very precise tools and low heat soldering iron and solder. Last time I tried to replace simple capacitors, I damaged the motherboard further. Additionally, since the motherboards manual doesn't include the components specifications and layouts, you might miss something, some detail, some little component...
Finally, you would also need to flash your bios with the right version. And pray that the chipsets of the different models are exactly the same too.
It is very difficult to make it happen. But I believe it is possible.
As you can see, if you manage to do it, probably it won't work, and you will never know where you failed.
