Speaking of which, I read an interesting article from Aug 2005 that talked about indirect and direct liquid cooling. Article here.

There has also been work on thin silicone sealants that would permit heat transfer but not allow shorting due to liquids.

I guess the big question is, how much money do you have to spend on this new, and possibly custom built, system.
