Additionally? 4 other websites (that I know of) were misled by CA listing my app as a "badware" (according to their criteria, I can put many others in as such, that are FAR worse violators of their 'criteria', per my examples of PING.EXE &/or SpyBot S&D even)...

Those websites removed it already... not CA!

BUT, doing the "right thing" upon legal advisement, & giving them a reasonable amount of time to process my reply vs. their 'criteria' list (I violate NONE of them in fact)...

They take too long, OR don't remove it? I will file the legal instruments myself, IF I have to, & force them to (according to their "rules/criteria" list, none of which I violate in fact) & cost them, large, ontop of it, for LIBEL...
