A feature of NTFS 5 (post Windows 2000 onwards, iirc)... efs = encrypting file system, & thus, is a native feature you can leverage.
This is IF you use Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/VISTA for hosting your files that is, on an NTFS filesystem...
