Around here, "ya'll" is common usage, meaning "you all", akin to "yous guys" up North. Older folks still use "you'uns" for the same thing. I get funny looks from anyone not from the South when that pops out.
"Coke" is the generic word of soda here. It is also used to designate the brand, but it is a blanket term. "I'm goin' to the store. Ya'll want anything?" ... "Yeah, get us a Coke." ... "What kind?"
"Fixin'" is a multi-purpose word. It is used as a noun, a verb, and an adverb. Fixin's is what is served with a meal, also known as side dishes. "I'm fixin' the car" is just that, repairing it. "I'm fixin' to clean your clock" means I about to whoop your %$#!
