im having problems with one of my folder in my inbox not opening PDF files from that inbox folder only all other folders in the inbox have no problem opening any files with Attachments. The problem seems to be a problem with the permission I have checked the permission and they seem to be ok.
I have created a new folder and copied one of the email and still get the same error on the new folder. which is something along the lines of drag the fold onto desk top to create short cut and check the permissions. i have done this and i have full control of the folder.
I have also checked the folder options and check that PDF file open with adobe which is ok
And I have opened PDF files on other outlook folds in my email which open without any problems.
is there anyone that can help with this problem?
