I have a warning (in a red bar at the top of my Gmail) that says my cache is full and Gmail may not respond correctly. There is a link in the warning to hide the warning and another link to an explanation to correct the problem. The fix is to go to Tools, Internet Options, and then delete the temp files.
I delete the temp files every other day, so I didn't think this was really a problem. However, I did as it said by logging out of Gmail, deleting the junk, and then logging back in. The problem is that the notice is still at the top of my Gmail even though my cache is empty.
Has anyone had this problem? Why do you think the warning is there even though I've deleted the cache?
BTW, I do not have this same problem in FF.
