6600GT VS 6800 (Both PCI-Express 16x)

How much of a difference is there between the two? I'm thinking of getting a 6600GT, but not for a while, so in cost terms, the 6800 might come down a little.

Would there be a noticable difference or just a couple of extra frames?

The 6800 is ALOT better then the 6600GT when overclocked, even not overclocked the 6800's sheer performance will beat it in any circumstances.
If you have the money for a Good 6800 then your better of getting that...but if u dont have the money for it then get the 6600GT, its still a great card it just doesn't have the 16 pipe lines the 6800 has.
