New Videocard double system noise?

My system is quite cool and quiet, but if I add a new card replacing the passive cooled 7300 nvidia card, will it turn the system into a airplane? Does anybody have any experience with this? I used to have an ati card that was louder than the whole system and I had to mod it with a custom fan that was bigger and could run less rpm.

Even stock fans on new GPUs are quite quiet and if you decide to upgrade your Graphics some of the (silent fans are very good)

Please post the GPU you intend to install and i would be happy to suggest a silent solution
