Well I know the issue I am having with Picture it is that I need to partitian my hard drive on my laptop and install it on the smaller partcian. I do not know if I will have to register it, because if I do I am SOL, since I do not have the casing for that either, probly lost it in one of my major moves. I am really irritated with the makers of PSP at the moment as I still have not gotten any feed back from them. I do not remember having to enter a registration code for either program to install them on my desktop.Anyways I am not sure what you need to know in order to help me. I can take screen shots and upload them to photobucket to show you exactly what I do in my programs. Here is a link to one of the finished products of what I do. (NOTE: this image is for a game site, that for some reason I am addicted to,lol) http://www.freewebs.com/lotusdesigncss/RahLayout2.html (Note: With this particular layout I was sent the images of the people, and my page where I offer these graphics clearly states I am not held responsable for any copyrighted images that are send to me VIA emial. The fualt lies on that of the sender of the images.) These images are used for the sole purpose and pleasure of that who sends me the information and compensates me for my time spent) With that said I manipulated the whole image using mainly Microsoft Picture It 2.0. The college with the text that is in the background I created in PSP7. I need a really good, easy to use, less then $200 USD program that will allow me to do the same types of things. AFTER THOUGHT: I partitioned my HD and it didnt hlp with my Pictureit issue. :-/ Last edited by KrazyOne; Sep 11, 2007 at 07:52pm. Reason: Correcting and adding info |

We should be able to locate the registration keys on any machine the product is still installed on. Let's try something easy before we go into the registry.
A great tool for investigating your machine is Belarc Advisor. You can learn a lot about your machine by using this program, including the license attached to any software. The personal edition is free, while the different programs used for commercial purposes and networks will cost you a little. The personal edition will handle your personal needs with ease. Not only will it expose the programs installed, but it will tell you everything about the hardware components that your machine was built with. You can print the inventory list for your files. Before going to the store for new goodies, you can bring this and always buy the right products for your machine, too! You should be able to move any media files to the new drive and free up plenty of room for operating both programs and leave enough to run maintenance tools (disc clean-up, disc defrag, etc.). Ok I downloaded it, I found JASC Paint Shop Pro. But I do not see a license No. or product key. I will post what it gives me:
Jasc Software Inc. - Animation Shop 3 Version 3.00 * Jasc Software, Inc. - Paint Shop Pro 7 Version 7.00 * Jasc Software, Inc. - Paint Shop Pro Version 7,0,0,0 * The stars when I hover tell me the size and the last date it was modified and accessed. If I click on the stars it opens up the file folder with the stored information for the program. For PSP V7 it has things such as the picture tubes, brushes, ect. So in other words... Im kinda lost now... (lol) :-\ |
