I am a Battlefield 2 affectionado. Yeah, it can have its quirks, but it is still a great game. I play online when I can, which ain't much of late. I have, however, got my wife hooked on it (so now it's a struggle to get time on my computer when she's home).

Anyway, are there other players out there? What's your in-game handle? Are you part of a clan?

Actually, she's not in the clan, but when she's on, it shows my clan's tags. She's pretty new to it, so she doesn't really want to bother with a clan. She is learning, though. She's working on earning all of her basic badges, and she'll have them well before I did.

When I started playing, I just played and didn't think about badges, ribbons, and ranks. i do now. And she started out that way.

I loved BF1942 and BFVietnam, but something about BF2 killed it for me - I never really got into it.

I still haven't had a chance to take a peak at BF2142 - maybe that's something I'll do when I have some free time.
