Hi Wes thats a very good price, just been looking at the Motherboard its based on the Intel 945GC Express Northbridge chipset . It supports Intel Core 2 Duo (with 800/1066MHz support), Pentium D, Pentium 4 LGA775 (with 533/800MHz support) and Celeron D 4xx Processors, with Hyper-Threading Technology and 533/800/1066MHz Front Side Bus support, and the D945GC provides 2 DIMM sockets using Dual Channel 240-pin DDR2 with a total capacity of up to 2GB. You can install DDR2 533/667MHz Memory, it has two SATA ports so go SATA HDD and any Optical Drives take off the IDE - it supports Ultra DMA 33 and ATA 66/100.

One thing to consider is "if you decide to install a #2nd HDD" dual boot, you could have XP as a second OS or Vista as your second OS, SATA makes this easy to setup, or if you want something different Linux is a great OS and comes in many versions and is very secure and stable.

May i ask what Router / Modem / ISP setup will you be using - "eg" - ADSL Wireless, Voyager 2110 ADSL Router, BT Broadband ?.
With a 300w PSU if your going to be using Printer, Scanner, Fax "etc" a powered USB Hub would be a good idea as you will get no power loss from your system, and with 2GB Ram you can afford to allocate extra Ram to your graphics

Gonna need to replace the PSU if you decide to add in a graphics card later on.

90 day warranty? That would make me a tad nervous, but that's just me. I lost all my music and a boatload of programs due to a refurb drive failing on me.
