The EVGA nForce 680 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard is built for SLI "thats two nVidia Graphics Cards running in sync" and the nFroce 680i chip set is built around that idea
Quote:
The NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI MCP is designed for overclocking. The front side bus (FSB) in the NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI MCP is specified to run at 1333MHz to support existing and future FSB speeds. Through overclocking, however, the NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI MCP can deliver FSB speeds well beyond specification
Picture this (EVGA nForce 680 MOBO, 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit, Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 and X2 GeForce 8800 GTS OC 640MB GDDR3 Graphics Cards !!! now thats sexy !!!

LOL! My mobo is a SLI one, but it is a socket 939. It, and the rest of my rig's stats, are in my sig.

I'd love to snag a FX-60 or an Opty 185 to drop in this puppy. If I had the dough to do that, then I'd have the dough to go SLI.
