My computer seems to be very loud recently and i think its cuz of the fans. anyone have a segguestion on what computer case i shud get that's quiet?

yeh i think it is the fans as well open up your computer and check wheather one of the fans hasn't come loose of anything

You could also use Speedfan and turn the fan speeds down a bit.
