Can anyone please tell me where the +/- wires GO!!!!

these are the wires

i plugged the others in but dont have a Power LED, just those

and they come out the same place as the others

where do I put them? I plugged them in and every place I can think of and the PSU STILL WONT TURN ON!!!! I mean nothing turns on! o fans, lights, no nothing and yes I plugged it in the mobo and outlet and flipped the switch!!!!

I don't like asking the obvious, but what are you trying to hook up?

And after hooking up, do you have the power cable plugged in and the main power on?

Can you give a little more info?

IM TRYin to hook those wires in THE PICTURE to the motherboard!!!!! But dont know where they GO!!!!!!
