Enable the Shortcut for "Run-Vista"


Right Click on the taskbar, then choose Properties > Click on the Start Menu Tab then click on the Customise Button > Scroll down towards the bottom of the list and look for the box for Run Command and put a check mark by it.

As your going to participate in a Microsoft course why not put together a Computer with Windows XP / Vista dual boot, then you have the working model at home "as you cant do any windows hands on studying on a mac with tiger OS"

heh - that sounds a bit sarky i'm already doing a Microsoft course btw the vista course is basically a follow on dst course, so we know where all the bits are in vista as opposed to where they are in xp - the migration and installation methods are different to, they use xml sripts instead of answer files and udf's

No not meant to be sarky, i have been running Vista Ultimate for a few days now and i have found a few things that Microsoft don't tell you about ! (confirmed by Adam who works at Microsoft labs), so you can learn more about an OS if you are using it and exploring it, take the Run Commands "there all in the Vista help file"
