Before we look at Ram lets clean up your system, If your Windows firewall is off do you have another Firewall running ? one on its own or in a security all in one application "eg" Norton ?, if not please download Comodo Firewall > Click here to download and follow the on screen instructions, when you have the Firewall running please use this online scan > Panda and please PM me the results, then we can take the next step

Hello, I’m sorry for the time. It’s been a week. I was very busy in a exhibition. I try twice to download Comodo firewall but it said “The operating system is not suppoted by COMODO firewall pro. Aborting Installation.” Do you have a idea why it don’t want to take it?

Your OS is Windows Vista premium ?, Comodo Firewall Pro 3.0 is compatible, I have it running now with Vista, you are downloading the correct version of Comodo ? please see > Here, one other thing your Vista Premium is the full version with all updates ? Windows Vista Updates > Here please let me know how you get on

It sounds like you have a conflict can you make a list of all your programs running please and yes try to install Comodo but from desk top and in safe mode (note do uninstall the defective version of Comodo Firewall first)
