Well I did a scan of my computer using that activescan online and it did find a few things. I have to delete everything manually though unless I want to pay for that program. I saved a copy of the report showing where the things needing deleted are located, but when I try to go the location listed nothing is there. Meaning: It says for example that one of the things is located at C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Cookies\administrator@2o7[1].txt

When I go to C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator, there isnt a file after that listed Cookies. How can I delete these items manually? They are all like this, the path it shows I cant find.

You may need to go to Folder Options and click the View tab and then unhide hidden files and folders. You will then have access to the Local settings under the %usernames% inside the Docs and Settings folder.

You can also delete cookies using your browser tools, or some of the anti-spyware that's available.
