Well I downloaded the free version and tried out one video file which worked, but the free version only lets you do 5 minutes of every file so I couldnt get the whole movie. So I purchased the free version and I cant figure out how to get it to work. I put in a DVD and open Xilisoft iPod Video Converter 3, then I click add, I open the DVD and select all the files in the VIDEO_TS folder, when it adds them it can only read the first file. So I tried using the Xilisoft iPod Video Converter Wizard 3, thinking maybe this does something a little different then the other program. When I try to open the files there, it will only read the first file, and all the other files say Load File Error. Am I doing something wrong?

You may have to uninstall the free version before upgrading to the purchased version. If the program is still doing what the free version was doing, it seems like the new version is not working.

Just a thought.

No its not doing what the free version was doing. The free version would only convert 5 minutes of every video file to iPod format. I never tried a bought DVD with the free version, only copies of DVDs. When I try to copy from a bought DVD with the full version, it wont even open any of the files. Another problem I have ran into now is that when I copy some of the files from the copied DVDs, it will do one section perfectly and then the next section in another language. Whats up with that? The last movie I did, it did the whole movey perfectly, but it was all with the directors comments. This has got to be a set-up issue I would think.
