Thats because FF3 (or Fx3 ) is in beta still. Not everyone has it. I still use 2 at the moment, but when 3 is released I'll find out if there are any changes regarding rendering pages as I'm a web designer.

But until then, most people are still using 2.

I'm a web designer/developer, I have a copy of most browsers hanging about (beta's/current/old). I find it useful to get ahead of the crowd and make the edits needed...Though (encase your wondering) IE8B1 and FF3B5 render almost exactly the same...almost.

You're right, I should get ahead, but I'm busy with college at the same time (programming degree). That really takes up my time (doing JavaScript AND Java this quarter, rofl and a math class), but luckily I don't have any sites that I currently manage.

It's most likely not very interesting to the average user, but if your building a website it means you only need to code it once. Not like in the past, where you had one version for IE and another for the rest of the web.

Hopefully in the future we should have some much nicer websites
