My New Build

I like to play around with sound effects

(i have custom sounds on my present main Computer) and i like to use Cool Edit Pro 2.1 (now called and sold as Adobe Audition) but you can still buy Cool Edit, i find it easy to use and can produce some fascinating effects

I now have three more large parcels in my room, its like Christmas !

, i did open them and checked all is OK, I'm itching to put it together but i have to wait for the CPU

As its Fiday I'm off in to the City to day to buy a few extra bits for my build (we have a brilliant Computer store) and thats were i will get my Sound card "Razer Barracuda" and some Cables "Sharkoon or AC ryan" and since ive been so good i think i deserve a treat !

Do you have the R-B headset too? Or are you using a 7.1 surround speaker setup? Btw, that's got to be the coolest looking sound card ever!

I got my Razer Barracuda AC-1 Gaming 7.1 Sound Card (£124.99) today "good price i think"

Yes i have the Razer Barracuda HP-1 Gaming Headphones and my Speaker system is Creative GigaWorks 7.1 S750 THX Speakers but i use the Head Set mostly, also got Sharkoon Cables today, so i just need to decide on a Graphics Card now !

The new system's Excellent, thank you for asking. After a few problems with the sound card I think I've got it settled down and running smoothly. The rest works like a dream!
