My mobo had gone bad. My video card is alright and I'll be returning the new video card.
So, a new Intel dual-core processor, 500 gig Maxtor HDD, and an ASRock 4 CoreDual - Sata 2 Mobo and I'm back in business. Dave

The processor is the Intel Core 2 Duo. The PC is running fine now. My new mobo wouldn't use the same ram and I'm down to 1 gig. I think I'll run the Crucial scan and make it at least 2 gig.

I didn't want to upgrade the whole computer, so I stayed around the same as before. I'm going to start a little "set aside" money to build one later one. Dave
