Header size problem

Take a look at the header... only happens sometimes... not very often though...

Using firefox 1024x768

Yes, I get this too sometimes. The problem is only in FF, and not in the 1.5 series.

If you reload or even resize your window it goes back to normal. I'll try to track down how to fix it.
