I just upgraded the forum software to the latest stable 3.5.4, I'm in the process of updating our custom styles. Please let me know if you experience any errors (JS errors or rendering errors). You should clear you cache, though.

(v3.6 beta 2 is out now, and I thought I'd update the templates now so I wouldn't have a huge job of it when it finally goes gold )

That URL contains code to force each one to show, but they only show to the end user when it is relevant

So I think I've got SEO pretty much down, and now those welcome headers should be a bit more friendly to newcomers. I'll see about advertising next.
