Got about an inch of snow this morning. I shoveled off the driveway. About an hour later it started raining and rinsed off the rest of the driveway. Got to be about 35F at the high. Now the temps are falling and it looks like some freezing weather and slickness!

you're having major snow in parts of the US i see - NY i heard on the news this morning, haven't spoken to my mate there today - hope it aint too bad.

I live near the Appalachians and they sometimes curve the big snows and the big storms around us so that we don't get as much from the north. I kinda' like that.
The most that I've ever seen dumped on us in my lifetime was 36". It's only happened maybe a dozen times that I can remember that we got over a foot of snow at one time. Dave
