Typical BC weather. Cloudy with sunny breaks and rain on the weekend

It's 90F outside, humidity is not super bad as usual. Good for mowing the grass and getting sunburned.........neither of which is my intention.

Got my grass mowed and my sun burnt yesterday.

90 here as well, but lowered humidity and a nice breeze make bearable.

Same here, done w/ said same tasks too... & relaxing in garden is in order now, in the shade of a GIANT Sumac Tree on my land (very "tropical/meditteranean" looking tree), that stands around 35 ft. or more tall... with a cold drink in hand (lemonade, love this stuff).

* I like summer-time BEST, in the evening OR late @ night... cooler!

Still, I have a lot of "drudgery" to take care of today, but later... as stuff needs doing around the homestead!

(As this, hopefully, is my afternoon tasks to knock-out today):

Lawn needs a cut

Car needs a washing

Garden needs watering

Laundry needs doing

(Which makes it too hot, imo @ least, to get out there during lunchtime & to try to do the lawn, car wash, or gardening (I try not to water my tomatoes in the midday or later hot sun, & usually wait until afternoon is why, when the sun's less intense - I've heard it's not a good idea to do, so I avoid it))...

* Heh, if I get 1-2 of that list done though, from above? I'll be happy enough...

P.S.=> Later in the evening, I am going to TRY to fit in doing the rest of a program I am finishing... probably 'splicing that in/timeslicing/gannt chart type multitasking in' that task, whilst I do laundry I suppose (makes sense, the washer + dryer machines do all the work, not me, lol)... apk

Rain... so, it looks like what LITTLE I accomplished yesterday (laundry, & garden watering + SOME work on my program), gets put off again (as far as washing the wheels, & lawn cutting)...

* BUT, this leaves "open time" for finishing off my HOSTS file building program!

It was a really sunny day today with the highs in the 80F. Right after my son carried in his newly built computer, the sky darkened and a short, but very intense, thunderstorm passed through. Took maybe 30 minutes and had lots of lightening and thunder with a huge downpour.

Now, it's cloudy and you can hear the thunder-boomers in the distance.

It's been showers and heat with just enough breaks to mow, but my vegetables love it!
