Big storm last night, hot and humid today. Sheesh! Thought I left this weather back in Texas!

Crappy & somewhat cold(er) yesterday... cloudy/rainy... BUT, today?

TODAY THERE IS SUN!

* & that means once I finish off my personal project I wrote about in the "TODAY" thread & a few work issues? Heh, I am going to have a BIT of "time off" & enjoy that SUN!

(A bottle of Shiraz is in order (dry wine), a game of chess w/ my tenant, & some FUN @ home)

Later on also, QUITE POSSIBLY? An outdoor concert we have here weekly by the lake (within eyeshot of my home, up on a mountain basically), where TONS of folks show up & PARTY...

It's "big fun", I like it (rock & roll bands mostly too)!

P.S.=> Well, after I set my "Cherry Tomato plantation" into the ground today that is... that has to be done also! My "science experiment" goes into effect, of testing egg shell finely ground calcium content acting as a plant growth catalyst & fertilization agent aid, for "FREE" ($10 U.S. Dollars outlay + some labor digging) FRESH FOOD "ROI"... many fold return! apk

Duly noted, & already "present & accounted for", by my tenant (my tutor in this project (great gardener, he's turned this yard into a 'botanical gardens', one of the reasons I like him so much in fact - he's done so largely @ his own expense too, can't KNOCK that))

I.E.-> The "Center" (it is "horseshoe shaped" in actuality) of our garden (lol, we call it the "octopusses garden" (beatle's tune) because of it, the heap is a MESS) IS the "compost heap" (mulch from mowing lawn & far more)...

Well, so much for that (my last post): It rained, massive downpour, had to stay home, so that is that.

My "BIG WORRY" now, is actually if my newly planted tomatoes took a drowning is all... I know this much about gardening: It's possible to overwater, & I gave each plant what I was told to, but this massive rain that came on, I hope it doesn't kill them.

That'd suck.

Absolutely beautiful here today. Clear skies with a forecast high of 87f. Summer is here! (well, technically, it's not but . . .

We've gone from the "jungle" weather (hot and extremely humid) to thunderstorms with lots of show (lightening) back to even more humid "jungle" weather.

However, today, it's just sunny and hot with the humidity down a lot. So, everyone is enjoying that. It's around 87F now.
