* She's "getting there"... bit "long-in-the-tooth" though, because I bought AMD when they were "the CPU speed kings" (AMD Athlon64 X² 4800+ cpu here from early 2006), circa 2001 thru 2007 or so!

( ... & nowadays, on the 'cpu front' @ least? Intel's got those Quad-Core "CoreDuo etc." types out)

... & they knock-the-chocolate out of what I have on many tasks - but, some of their "processor errata" (errors in CPU firmware code) are pretty dangerous on Intel's end though & this? THIS is what is "holding me back" still on their stuff, more than ca$h even (which is not in exactly "abundant supply" here, or in general, out there in the USA nowadays lately)

So, I am just waiting out to see if the "malware makers" begin exploiting them is all.

P.S.=> Still, she's "pretty ok" (my current system) - Great vidcard, in an NVidia 8800 GT OC (plus, those "raptors" too, of course), & (of course) a TRUE SSD (Solid-State Drive), not "flash RAM" based junk (slow write cycles is THEIR weakness)... a CENATEK "RocketDrive" as my pagefile.sys location + %temp% & %tmp% location, webbrowser cache location & more... apk

P.S.=> The best part is, it lets you get the "last word", lol... which burns the ones attempting to issue orders to others, falsely accusing them (even though date/time stamps on pm posts clearly note their error), alongside namecalling + other inflammatory remarks directed my way in "pm" by said person... & above all, they aren't mods here (or, even a member as long as yourself), yet see fit to tell others how to post no less: I love it.

Well, my day was really fun. I made an angelfood cake-very easy to do. I had some good friends over for dindin & we listened to trance music for awhile afterwards. My friends enjoyed my latest creation. They are very supportive of all my creative endeavors. It's nice to have good friends. I wish you all a great weekend & hope you are able to enjoy the lovely autumn weather depending on where you might live. The leaves are just starting to change a little where I am. It's a little eraly in the season but it's apple picking time. Hopefully there will be lots of macouns & macintosh apples available. It's also time to start picking up pumpkins for Halloween too. Today has run into yesterday. Or is it that yesterday has run into today. When you don't get any sleep, that happens. Then I get too much sleep and I time warp in to some other day.

Sorry to hear that Dave is lost in a time warp should I call Dr. Who? I am ribbing you...I know you are not sleeping restfully enough...I walked into the corner of a wall a few days ago. I'm hoping this headache & lump will go away soon. I'm sure I have a concussion-nice huh? Oh well...I will try to recover & you try to do the same & have a nice day too!

Just another rough day, but I got a few bills paid. Hmm, will have to get on the rest of them now.
