This is called "duh answers" because you ask a question that has an obvious answer. However, the next person replies with something outlandish and the asks another obvious question. And so on.

Example:

Q. What is a toothbrush used for?

A. For cleaning the mold in the bathroom.

Understand? No, that wasn't the question.
